Sample supply: 

1、Do you offer the sample or not, how to calculate the charge?
We can supply the sample. We supply the sample if the cost is less than 10 dollars; but we will charge when the cost is over 10 dollars.

2、Who bear the freight?
Normally we send the sample via FEDEX or DHL. Customer must offer the FEDEX or DHL accounts. The freight is determined by the customer's location.

3、When and how to obtain the sample?
Fax the product's serial number, name and the amount to our overseas department (+86-755-81588161) or E-mail to info@topwell-ltd.com. Our professional salesman will arrange the shipment for your sample. The prepared time is about 2-5 working days. Some samples with special requirement will be in the charge of our special man.

4、Can you make the sample according to the customer's requirement?
We can make the sample according to the customer's requirement. But if there is any change in color, specification and function, we will charge for some fee according to the actual circumstance. If the customer needs a big change to the products which involves mould fee and exploitation fee, we will negotiate a price additionally.

 
Order form 
 

1 、What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is determined by the type of the product. The minimum order quantity of normal products is 2000PCS, and some specific products is 1000PCS. If the customer needs change in color, packing or specification, the minimum order quantity must be at least 5000PCS.

2 、Do you accept OEM order and make products according to the customer's design?
We welcome very much the OEM order and we make products according to the customer's design.

3、Can you print the customer's logo and company name on the packing?
Yes. When silk-screen the LOGO on the product, we will charge the printing fee according to the color and the amount, the minimum order quantity is 2000PCS. If print on the packing, the minimum order quantity of color printing is 5000PCS. You can send the LOGO and the information to be printed to our overseas department by E-mail ( mailto:ben@topwell-ltd.com) with the format of JPG,PHOTOSH OP, COOLDRAW,AI. We will arrange professional to design and print.

4 、What is the payment method?
30% in advance and the balance 70% after check and accept before shipment. We also accept L/C under special circumstance.

 
Transportation information 
 

1、What is the transportation way and how about the delivery time?
We normally adopt FEDEX, ocean shipping and air-express to transport the products. For the product weighing under 20kg we adopt FEDEX. For large amount and heavy products we adopt ocean shipping. The delivery time is about 7-30 working days. The time varies in different region.
Air-express is usually appointed by the customer and the time is normally in 7 days.

2、Who bear the freight?
This is determined by the content of the order. Normally it is undertaken by the buyers.
